Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPs)

 

Limited Liability Partnerships were created under the Limited Liability Partnerships Act 2000. The rules applying to them were extensively updated by two Statutory Instruments in 2008 and 2009 applying to them appropriate parts of the Companies Act 2006, with adaptations
