Resource Accounts

Departmental Resource Accounts are published annually and laid before Parliament. They are commercial-style accounts showing information about the performance and out-turn for the year, prepared in accordance with HM Treasury's Financial Reporting Manual (FreM) and are audited by the National Audit Office.

Since 2006-07 BIS has combined its Consolidated Resource Accounts with the Departmental Report in the Annual Report and Accounts

Published Accounts for 2001-02 and 2002-03 are available from the Stationery Office Online Bookshop.
