Select View then Text Size in your browser to adjust the size of the text.
Most browser suppliers will allow you to upgrade for free. To upgrade your browser go to the supplier's website and follow the instructions provided.
We recommend the minimum display settings of 800x600 and 16-bit colour.
When clicking on a link to a PDF file, a blank screen appears before the document is opened. If you have a slow connection, a delay can give the impression that nothing is happening. Either allow more time or save the file to your computer by right-clicking on the link and selecting the "Save" option.
If you have Real Download installed on your computer, this can sometimes prevent PDF files from opening properly. Uninstalling Real Download will solve the problem.
