Corporate Governance Research News

On this page we aim to highlight new initiatives and developments in Corporate Governance Research.  If any researchers would like projects or papers to be referred to on this site please contact Fiona Hodkinson fiona.hodkinson@dti.gsi.gov.uk. In the future we would also like to develop these pages as a forum to be used by participants for discussion of any issues relating to corporate governance research.

In December 2005 the London School of Economics launched a new initiative to bring together researchers from around the School to study issues relating to Corporate Governance.  The interdisciplinary group contains researchers with backgrounds in Finance, Law, Economics and Management.  Its aim is 'to promote dialogue with practitioners and policy makers in order to maximise the research impact on policy making and implementation of best corporate governance practices by firms'.
