Consultation on Proposed EC Directives on the Safety of Cosmetic Products

This consultation document seeks views on the Government's proposals to introduce Regulations that amend Part 2 of Annexe III to the Directive by changing the dates that particular substances are permitted. The Regulations will also amend annexes II, IV and VI of the main Regulations by inserting additional substances or by amending existing entries in these Annexes.
