This consultation seeks views on the latest UK energy and carbon dioxide(CO2) emissions projections and detailed CO2 emissions projections for industrial sectors covered by the EU Emissions Trading Scheme (EU ETS). A consultation on the draft NAP including full details of Government policy decisions and proposals relating to Phase II will be published at a later date. Views are currently being sought only on the emission projections included in the accompanying documents. Comments on substantive issues of policy will be invited as part of the consultation on the draft Phase II NAP.
