Cosmetic Products (Safety) (Amendment) Regulations 2006 to implement Directive 2005/80/EC

This consultation sought views on the Government’s proposals to introduce Regulations that amend Annexe II to the Directive by adding substances to the list of those that are not permitted for use in cosmetic products. The Regulations also make minor amendments to Schedule 4 Part I.
