The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2004 - Consultation

The Consultation invited comments on the draft revised Employment Tribunals Regulations and Rules of Procedure, which has been revised to improve the efficiency and consistency of the process. The changes implemented sections 22-28 of Part 2 of the Employment Act 2002, and some recommendations of the Employment Tribunal System Taskforce. The new Regulations came into force on 1 October 2004.
