Consultation on proposals to implement an EC Directive on the safety of Cosmetic Products, restricting the use of certain hair dyes. Please note that consultation is for one week only and closes on 7 August 2006. This because the Directive was published in the Official Journal on 20 July 2006 and has to be implemented on the 1 September 2006.
