Public Mobile Networks - Consultation

This consultation document seeks your views on proposals adopted by the European Commission on 12 July 2006, and which is currently under consideration by the European Parliament and Council of Ministers, for a regulation to reduce the perceived high costs for consumers of using mobile phones when travelling within the European Community.
We would appreciate early responses to this consultation if possible to feed into negotiations that will take place in the European Council Working Group on 10 December 2006.
