Ealing Racial Equality Council will be using links to their local community in Ealing, Hounslow and Hillingdon, to educate and inform individuals and employees of their rights and responsibilities under the new Employment Equality (Religion or Belief) Regulations.

Faithworks is a specialist infrastructure organisation that provides support to local faith groups within the Christian faith tradition. In the past year they have worked on various ways of helping local groups understand their responsibilities under the employment equality regulations legislation.
In collaboration with infrastructure organisations from the other major religions in the UK, they are working on an employment manual, which gives information on compliance, and best practice that takes account of the needs of religious organisations and how the legislation applies to them.
