Dispute Resolution
The Act introduced a number of changes to the dispute resolution system. These changes are:
- The introduction of statutory minimum dismissal and disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Changes to the law on written statements of employment particulars
- Alterations to the way unfair dismissals are judged
- Changes to the procedures used in employment tribunals
