Guidance on paternity rights in the workplace can be found on the Government central websites:

If you are an employer please refer to businesslink.gov.uk which provides practical advice for business.

If you are an employee please visit Directgov which has information on all employment rights including work and families.

The Working fathers. Rights to leave and pay: guide for employers and employees is available in Bengali, Chinese, Greek, Gujarati, Hindi, Punjabi, Somali, Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese.
