Non Proliferation – Nuclear

Department for Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (BERR), contributes to UK Government nuclear non-proliferation policy. BERR is accountable for the formulation of UK Government international policy on nuclear safeguards and other related nuclear non-proliferation issues. All of our work must be seen in context of the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and the work of the IAEA and nuclear-related Export Controls.

This nuclear non-proliferation section of our website describes our role and provides information in five distinct areas. The five areas are:
