Additional Controls on the Prevention of Proliferation of WMD

The Export Control Act 2002,  brought into force on 1st May 2004, replaced existing export control powers and provides for a more transparent framework and increased Parliamentary accountability.

The Act also extended the present controls. This document gives guidance on the additional controls relating to Weapons of Mass Destruction.
