Aerosol dispensers

Aerosol dispensers which fall within the scope the Aerosol Dispensers Regulations 2009 [Statutory Instrument 2009 No. 2824] must comply with these Regulations by 29th April 2010.

These Regulations were introduced in the UK to implement recent, major changes to the European Aerosol Dispensers Directive 75/324/EEC (the ADD).
