Consultation on implementing the recommendations of Imelda Walsh’s independent review: amending and extending the right to request flexible working to parents of older children

Responses by 18 November 2008. Consultation that follows on from the independent Walsh review (URN 08/808) which recommended that the right to request flexible working should be extended to parents with children aged 16 and under. As part of the consultation the Government will also explore ways to make dealing with flexible working requests easier for businesses. Published 26 August 2008.
