The Review published its initial response to evidence relating to it's first two terms of reference on the 6th May 2008.

Please note that the deadline for submitting evidence in response to the Panel's call for evidence ended on the 19th May 2008. The Panel are very grateful to all those who have taken time to respond and contribute to the review process. The Panel will continue to meet interest parties while it considers the evidence submitted.

The Panel will report to the Secretary of State for Business, Enterprise & Regulatory Reform later in the year.
