If you are an employer please refer to businesslink.gov.uk, which provides practical advice on all employment rights for businesses and tools to help employers reduce their paperwork and save time. Businesslink.gov.uk have an interactive redundancy calculator to help work out the statutory redundancy payment due to employees and create personalised written statement.
If you are an employee please visit Directgov which has information on all employment rights including what your rights are if you are being made redundant
