Union Modernisation Fund:First Round Projects
Round one of the Union Modernisation Fund (UMF) was launched in July 2005. An independent evaluation of the round was undertaken by the Centre for Employment Relations Innovation and Change at the University of Leeds Business School. - PGSA: Creating full partnership working with Portman Building Society through a highly skilled and efficient employee representative committee

There were two further projects which did formally complete:
- Accord, Connect and the Musicians Union - transforming union democracy using internet systems
- WBBS Staff Union - ICE (integrate/communicate & embrace).
