Terms of Reference and Organisation

The terms of reference of RAG include issues associated with offshore wind and wave and tidal stream power generation.

The Group membership is drawn from departments with regulatory responsibility for offshore renewable energy developments including the Department for Business Enterprise Regulatory Reforms (BERR), the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra) and Department for Transport (DfT), and The Crown Estate.
