UK Renewable Energy Strategy Consultation June 2008

We would like to thank all the organisations and individuals who have taken time to respond to the Government consultation on a new Renewable Energy Strategy.
The responses are important to us. They will enable us to create policies that could expand our use of renewable energy – across electricity, heat and transport - by 2020.

The consultation closed on 26 September. We aim to publish a summary of responses later this year. The new UK Renewable Energy Strategy will be published in spring 2009.
