Train to Gain is a new service designed to help businesses get the training they need to succeed. By ensuring your employees have the right skills to do the best job, Train to Gain can help boost your productivity and keep you ahead of the competition.
Train to Gain, run by the Learning and Skills Council, gives every employer access to a free Skills Broker service offering independent and impartial advice and matching training needs with training providers
Your Skills Broker will work with you to carry out a free review and analysis of your business needs to assess what skills your business needs now, and what it might need in the future, based on a clear understanding of your business goals.
Your Skills Broker will then help you identify the best training provision to meet your needs and put together a tailored training package. They will also let you know if there is any funding available to support your training needs.
