Train to Gain, run by the Learning and Skills Council, gives every employer access to a free Skills Broker service offering independent and impartial advice and matching training needs with training providers
Your Skills Broker will work with you to carry out a free review and analysis of your business needs to assess what skills your business needs now, and what it might need in the future, based on a clear understanding of your business goals.
Your Skills Broker will then help you identify the best training provision to meet your needs and put together a tailored training package. They will also let you know if there is any funding available to support your training needs.
