A list of all those that responded to the consultation is available:

List of responses to the consultation on the privacy directive

In view of the volume of responses received during the consultation, which was 420, individual responses are not available online. However, if you would like to see a hard copy of a non-confidential response from an organisation please e-mail a request to ihtsham.hussain@berr.gsi.gov.uk including your name, address and the name of the respondee. Please note that details of respondees identified by us as private individuals were omitted from the list to protect their privacy.
